Numbers...1.22 '...according to the number of names.'
I find it noteworthy there's not simply a 'count' of persons from each of the tribes, but, rather, a 'count of the number of names'. They're individuals.
Psalm 48.10 As your name, O God,
so your praise reaches to the ends of the earth.
Your right hand is filled with righteousness.
Matthew 21:23-32
Jesus wasn't satisfied with leaving the scribes and pharisees with a 'burn' for their attempts to discount him. He illustrated the difference between believers and unbelievers by the parable of the two sons. For those that _would_ hear on the pharisee side -- it possible brought conviction. For those who were on other side, the tax collectors, prostitutes, and other sinners -- it validates their faith in Him.
Romans 1.11-17
Paul was prevented from coming by a desire of a 'harvest'(v13). He was constrained by the preaching of the Gospel(v15). Even so, the message he wanted to bring to the Romans as well -- was more Gospel.
From first to last then, Paul's life message and motivations were the Gospel.
